Recently saw this type of bamboo pole holder cover selling at my area's NTUC in Jurong.
I thought it's quite a good idea to prevent breeding of Aedes Mosquitoes by installing it in our hdb flats pole holder since rainwater can potentially accumulate in these bamboo pole holders if they are uncovered and create a habitat for them. More info
