Getting to Pulau Ubin 乌敏岛 (North East offshore island of Singapore) is not an easy affair on public holidays such as Chinese New Year.
The queue is longer than the usual To To lottery tickets crowd at betting stations.
Try to come early before 8am if you want a smooth ride, the notice board states operation hours of bum boat is from 7am to 7pm (boat ride timings subject to changes depending on boat man)
The bum boat fare is SGD$2.50 per ride.
